Resident Updates and Resources
If you are in need of emergency rental assistance and live at a Foothills Regional Housing property you can Apply Here!
FRH Properties – Staff will be working modified hours and will not have contact with residents. All inquiries will need to be made via email, phone call, or placed in the dropbox. Contact information for property managers can be found on the FRH website under Contact Us or the Apartment Communities tab and posted at each community office. We are committed to responding within 24 hours.
We have asked visitors not to enter our senior buildings unless necessary, and we have restricted access to as much of the common spaces as possible. We have also canceled all FRH sponsored events.
FRH maintenance will only respond to emergency work orders – residents have received a notice detailing the definition of emergency, along with the correct contact in the event of a maintenance emergency. FRH's environmental services crew, maintenance staff, and private cleaning crews, hired by FRH, will be sanitized as much as possible. It is our sincere desire to do it daily. However, we ask that residents and visitors also carry a sanitizing agent, wash their hands often, and take appropriate steps to ensure their safety. FRH has provided guidance to residents from the CDC on best practices during this time and has also put this on repeat for properties with digital reader boards.
FRH has partnered with Equal Heart to provide our families whose children are out of school during this time with free Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. The food is available for mini residents between the ages of 0-18 and must be present to pick up meals. This resource is available for anyone surrounding a FRH community. Food is available every Monday and Thursday; 3 days worth of food is handed out at a time. Please ensure that you are at least 6 feet apart when waiting for food.
Supportive Services staff persons will also be working via email and phone. They will be available to answer calls and emails and will do their best to respond within 24 hours.
Rent and Rent Assistance
We understand that these are rough times. FRH will waive on-line rent payment fees if rent is paid by credit card. Please keep your receipt so we can adjust your ledger to reflect the credit card fee.
FRH will suspend all evictions for non-payment of rent for April and forward, as a reminder rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late as of the 6th. If you are unable to pay rent on-time please contact us to review options.
FRH will be waiving late fees until further notice.
If you are unable to pay rent please contact us to discuss the options that are available to you.
While evictions will be on hold, rent should be paid in a timely fashion. If you are current resident at a FRH property or HCV client experiencing hardship during April for any of the reasons below, rental assistance may be available for you:
1. Loss of job or a reduction of hours related to COVID-19.
2. Medical bills due to COVID-19
*These options are open to those that have lost their source of income due to COVID-19 and have applied for unemployment benefits to ensure we helping those in need.
