Since 1999, and as required by HUD regulations, the Jefferson County Housing Authority dba Foothills Regional Housing (FRH) has established, with resident input, the formulation of its Annual Plan and any subsequent modifications to the Plan.

The Annual Plan is a compilation of different categories of information that show how FRH will operate and manage its programs. The Annual Plan is available in our office for your review. 2026's Streamlined Annual PHA Plan can also be viewed by clicking 'Download 2026 Annual Plan' below this notice.

In advance of submitting the 2026 Annual Plan to HUD, FRH would like to receive public comment on this Plan. An informational meeting will be held virtually, October 16, 2025 from 9AM-10AM MST. Please contact Mary Barner at [email protected] for a link. We hope that you can join us there. The purpose of this meeting is to answer questions about the Annual Plan.
