Since 1999, and as required by HUD regulations, the Jefferson County Housing Authority dba Foothills Regional Housing (FRH) has established, with resident input, the Annual Plan and any subsequent modifications to the Plan. The Annual Plan is a compilation of different categories of information that show how FRH will operate and manage its programs. The Annual Plan and MTW Supplement are available in our office for your review, or the documents can be reviewed by clicking the links below. In advance of submitting the 2027 Annual Plan to HUD, FRH would like to receive public comment on this Plan.

An informational meeting will be held virtually on September 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM MST. Please contact Mary Barner at [email protected] for a link. The purpose of this meeting is to answer questions regarding the Annual Plan and MTW Supplement as presented only.
