The Mainstream (NED) Wait List is CLOSED

The 2022 wait list application is closed as of May 17, 2022.

FRH will notify applicants in writing when they are invited to complete the full application once a NED voucher becomes available. You must notify FRH and complete a Change Form if your address changes at any point to ensure you receive the invitation to apply, if selected.

This notice is to inform all interested people of how to obtain an application for Foothills Regional Housing’s (FRH) Mainstream (Non-Elderly Disabled) program wait list. The Mainstream (NED) program provides non-elderly (18-61 years of age) households with disabilities with rental assistance in the form of a Housing Choice Voucher so that they may live in a home suitable to their needs in the private rental market
 
FRH will accept online applications for the Mainstream (NED) program beginning at 8:00 am Tuesday, April 19, 2022, and will continue accepting applications until further notice.

Applications must be submitted online at portal.foothillsrh.org and click on 'Applicant Login'. You may use any electronic device to complete the application including a laptop, desktop computer, iPad/tablet, iPhone, or Android. Paper applications WILL NOT be available at FRH’s office.
 
If you do not have access to an electronic device or need assistance you may come to FRH’s previous office space at 7490 W 45th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, and Wednesday, April 20, 2022, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. You may also visit your local library for computer access. Please visit jeffcolibrary.org for locations and hours.
 
Persons with disabilities who need a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in the application process should contact FRH at (303) 422-8600.

If you have any changes to your legal name, mailing address, income, or household composition, you must call FRH’s office at (303) 422-8600 to request a Change Form.

Applicants to the Mainstream (NED) program will be pulled from the top of the wait list as Vouchers become available. Eligibility for the program must be verified at this time before receiving assistance.
