Current Happenings


AVi at Olde Town is NOW LEASING!
Picture
This brand new community is located steps away from Olde Town and features rooftop patios, large gathering spaces, vinyl floors, stainless steel appliances, balconies (on most), covered parking, and so much more. Residents must make below 70% of Area Median Income.

We have begun leasing one- and two-bedrooms with move-in dates starting mid-February 2023. Rent for one-bedrooms can range from approx. $700-$1,550. Rent for two-bedrooms can range from approx. $800-$1,850.

Spotlight Communities​​

AVi at Olde Town

This community finished development in January 2023 in the heart of Arvada's Olde Town. AVi features 100 units for households making 30-70% AMI. 30 units will be reserved for former foster youth facing housing insecurity and 10 units are reserved for unhoused veterans.

We are raising funds to fully furnish the 30 units for youth at AVi! Please visit CASA's Donation Page for more information and to donate. You may also email Ashley Noel at anoel@foothillsrh.org with donation questions. Thank you for your generosity!

Caesar Square

This Wheat Ridge community features new amenities, inside and out. Units received updated kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring while the community itself benefits from an added community clubhouse, new roofs, and a safer, upgraded playground.

Looking Forward - The Ives
The Ives is a transit-oriented community located off of Wadsworth in Wheat Ridge. This beautiful community will offer 50 one-bedroom units to residents earning under 60% AMI. Half of the units will serve those experiencing homelessness in partnership with Jefferson Center for Mental Health. The community will feature ample meeting space, a community garden, and high end finishes throughout. The Ives will be completed in 2024. Stay tuned for updates!
