Spotlight Communities​​

The Ives

The Ives was completed in Wheat Ridge in 2024 and offers high-quality homes for those earning 60% AMI. These one-bedroom homes offer tons of natural light, stainless steel appliances, and vinyl plank flooring. The community offers ample amenity space including a community garden and BBQ, all just steps from groceries, restaurants, and transportation.

Vance Street Lofts
