AVi at Olde Town
This community finished development in January 2023 in the heart of Arvada's Olde Town. AVi features 100 units for households making 30-70% AMI. 30 units will be reserved for former foster youth facing housing insecurity and 10 units are reserved for unhoused veterans.

Caesar Square
This Wheat Ridge community features new amenities, inside and out. Units received updated kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring while the community itself benefits from an added community clubhouse, new roofs, and a safer, upgraded playground.

The Ives is a transit-oriented community located off of Wadsworth in Wheat Ridge. This beautiful community will offer 50 one-bedroom units to residents earning under 60% AMI. Half of the units will serve those experiencing homelessness in partnership with Jefferson Center for Mental Health. The community will feature ample meeting space, a community garden, and high end finishes throughout. The Ives will be completed in 2024. Stay tuned for updates!
