We have vacancies at a handful of our properties and we'd love to have you move in with us! The photos to the left feature Glendale and Aspen Ridge, just two of our properties that could be your next home.
Glendale offers one- to four-bedroom homes for households earning 60% of Area Median Income (AMI). Aspen Ridge offers one-two-bedroom homes. Aspen Ridge is a market rate community, meaning there is no upper income limit, however rents are kept at a rate that would be considered affordable to households earning 80% AMI.
