What's Happening at FRH
The Ives II is Under Construction!

This community is the second phase of a planned redevelopment of the northeast corner of 44th and Wadsworth, and builds upon the success of its sister property, The Ives.

Featuring one-three bedroom homes, high-quality finishes, and amenities focused on building community and wellness, The Ives II adds much needed affordable housing to Jefferson County.

We would not have gotten to this milestone without the unwavering support of our partners. We truly have the best team, both at FRH and across the affordable housing industry.

Spotlight Communities​​

The Ives

The Ives was completed in Wheat Ridge in 2024 and offers high-quality homes for those earning 60% AMI. These one-bedroom homes offer tons of natural light, stainless steel appliances, and vinyl plank flooring. The community offers ample amenity space including a community garden and BBQ, all just steps from groceries, restaurants, and transportation.

Caesar Square

Caesar Square is a newly renovated community conveniently located in Wheat Ridge near I-70. One-, two-, and three-bedroom units offer stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and upgraded fixtures. The property offers a community center, playground, basketball court, and on-site laundry.
This community serves households at or under 80% AMI.
