What is the Emergency Home Repair Program? The Emergency Home Repair Program (EHRP) provides financial and technical assistance to low- and moderate-income homeowners in Jefferson County for emergency and essential repairs to their home. The EHRP offers homeowners the opportunity to make or keep their homes safe, decent, and affordable. It helps preserve home ownership by offering a means for low-income homeowners to do necessary work without the risk of losing the home to unmanageable debt. |
