The HCV Lottery and NED wait list are now closed. Applicants will remain in the HCV lottery until December 31, 2025 at which point the list will be purged and those who did not receive a voucher will have to reapply.
FRH will notify applicants in writing when they are invited to complete the full application once a voucher becomes available. You must notify FRH and complete a Change Form if your address changes at any point to ensure you receive the invitation to apply, if selected.

This Public Notice is to inform all interested people of how to obtain a random choice lottery application in order to be considered for possible placement in Foothills Regional Housing’s (FRH) Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly known as Section 8). At this time, applications will also be opening for FRH’s Mainstream (Non-Elderly Disabled) Program and Project Based Voucher wait lists.
FRH will accept online applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) lottery beginning at 8:00 am Tuesday, April 19, 2022, until 11:59 pm on Wednesday April 20, 2022. Applications for the Project Based Voucher and the Mainstream (Non-Elderly Disabled) Program wait lists will also open at 8:00 am Tuesday, April 19, 2022, and will remain open until further notice.
Applications must be submitted online at www.foothillsrh.org/apply-for-voucher-wait-lists. You may use any electronic device to complete the application including a laptop, desktop computer, iPad/tablet, iPhone, or Android. Paper applications WILL NOT be available at FRH’s office.
If you do not have access to an electronic device or need assistance you may come to FRH’s previous office space at 7490 W 45th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, and Wednesday, April 20, 2022, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. You may also visit your local library for computer access. Please visit jeffcolibrary.org for locations and hours.
Persons with disabilities who need a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in the application process should contact FRH at (303) 422-8600.
Applicants to the Housing Choice Voucher Program lottery will be randomly drawn to complete a full application for the program. Selected lottery applicants will be formally notified in writing and mailed instructions on how to complete the full application. This lottery pool will be active for three years, until December 31, 2025.
Applicants to the Mainstream and Project Based Voucher Programs will be pulled from the top of the wait list as Vouchers become available. Eligibility for the program must be verified at this time before receiving assistance.
