How To Check Your Status On The Waiting List

​Mainstream and Non-Elderly Disabled (NED) Vouchers:
  1. Applicants have been placed on the Waiting List in order of standardized preference points, date and time of application. Applicants will be contacted by mail to start the qualification process upon reaching the top of the waiting list.
  2. If you have changes to your legal name, mailing address, household composition, or income please call or visit FRH to request a Waiting List Change Form to maintain your waiting list status.
  3. To check your Mainstream waiting list status follow the below steps:                                                                               A. Click this link: www.hmsforweb.com/owl/login.php                                                                                                           B. Log in with your User Name and Password                                                                                                                           C. Select "Check Your Status"

HCV (Section 8) Lottery Position:
  1. Foothills Regional Housing (FRH) will hold a computer generated random drawing when vouchers are available from 2018 to 2021. If your lottery number is selected, FRH will notify you by mail with instructions to start the next part of the process.
  2. For August 20-21, 2018 Lottery entries, go to www.hmsforweb.com/owl to check your status. When first checking your ranking position, please be prepared to register and create a new User Name and Password.

Note: Please do not call the office to check your waitlist status as information will not be given over the phone.
