Welcome, Landlords!

Welcome to Foothills Regional Housing's Housing Choice Voucher (formerly known as Section 8) hub for Landlords. The cost of housing in Jefferson County has increased drastically in recent years. This has left a great need for affordable housing and FRH's Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program exists to fill that need for thousands of families across Jeffco.

FRH's goal is to create a robust HCV program that gives families the opportunity to live in vibrant neighborhoods that otherwise wouldn't be available to them, while creating a program that values our Landlords and provides them with stability and a partner in the housing market.

Thank you for your interest in joining our program and in helping make affordable housing a reality for our neighbors. We are here for any questions, concerns, or feedback you might have so please don't hesitate to contact us.
