Highland Trails Wait List is Open! 55+

​We are excited to share that the wait list for Highland Trails in Littleton is open! This brand new, amenity rich property will be home to seniors aged 55 and over who earn 20-80% AMI ($18,260-$73,040 for a one-person household).

This project is expected to be finished early 2025.

We have vacancies at a handful of our properties and we'd love to have you move in with us! The photos to the left feature Glendale and Aspen Ridge, just two of our properties that could be your next home. 

Glendale offers one- to four-bedroom homes for households earning 60% of Area Median Income (AMI).

Aspen Ridge offers one-two-bedroom homes. Aspen Ridge is a market rate community, meaning there is no upper income limit, however rents are kept at a rate that would be considered affordable to households earning 80% AMI.

The Ives

The Ives was completed in Wheat Ridge in 2024 and offers high-quality homes for those earning 60% AMI. These one-bedroom homes offer tons of natural light, stainless steel appliances, and vinyl plank flooring. The community offers ample amenity space including a community garden and BBQ, all just steps from groceries, restaurants, and transportation.

Vance Street Lofts

This Wheat Ridge community features new amenities, inside and out. One- and two-bedroom units offer stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and balconies. The property offers a dog-washing station, off-street parking, and a picnic area. 
This community serves households at or under 80% AMI.
