Give Feedback on our 2025 Agency Plan and MTW Supplement
It's that time of the year again! FRH will be submitting our Annual Agency Plan and MTW Supplement to HUD and we want your feedback before we do so. Please view our public notice to see our proposed Plan and Supplement and learn more about an opportunity for public comment.
We celebrated the grand opening of The Ives!
The day we've been waiting for finally came! On June 14th we welcomed partners from HUD, Jefferson County, the City of Wheat Ridge, Jefferson Center for Mental Health, and many other organizations to celebrate the grand opening of The Ives. 

This means move-ins are happening! We still have open units so if you or someone you know are interested in applying, please visit www.theivesfrh.com and click 'Login' then 'Applicant' to complete a preliminary application and join the interest list.

The Ives features one-bedroom homes open to households earning at or below 60% AMI ($59,580 for a household of two).

Spotlight Communities​​

AVi at Olde Town

This community finished development in January 2023 in the heart of Arvada's Olde Town. AVi features 100 units for households making 30-70% AMI. 30 units will be reserved for former foster youth facing housing insecurity and 10 units are reserved for unhoused veterans.

Vance Street Lofts

This Wheat Ridge community features new amenities, inside and out. Units offer stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and balconies. The property offers a dog-washing station, off-street parking, and a picnic area. 
This community serves households at or under 80% AMI.
