FRH COVID-19 Updates
|
Resident Updates Staff will be working modified hours and will not have in-person contact with residents. All inquiries will need to be made via email, phone call, or placed in the drop box. Contact information for property managers can be found on the FRH website under Contact Us or the Apartment Communities tab and is posted at each community office. We are committed to responding within 24 hours. We have asked visitors not to enter our senior buildings unless absolutely necessary, and we have restricted access to as much of the common spaces as possible. We have also canceled all FRH sponsored events. FRH maintenance will only respond to emergency work orders – residents have received a notice detailing the definition of emergency, along with the correct contact in the event of a maintenance emergency. FRH's environmental services crew, maintenance staff, and FRH-hired private cleaning crews will be sanitizing as much as possible. It is our sincere desire to do it daily. However, we ask that residents and visitors also carry a sanitizing agent, wash their hands often, and take appropriate steps to ensure their safety. |
Supportive Services
Staff will be available via email and phone. They will be available to answer calls and emails and will do their best to respond within 24 hours.
Rent and Rent Assistance
We understand that these are rough times. FRH will waive online rent payment fees if rent is paid by credit card. Please keep your receipt so we can adjust your ledger to reflect the removed credit card fee. FRH will also be waiving late fees until further notice.
FRH will suspend all evictions for non-payment of rent beginning in April and continuing until further notice. As a reminder rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late as of the 6th.
If you are unable to pay rent, please contact us to discuss the options that are available to you.
While evictions will be on hold, rent should be paid in a timely fashion. If you are current resident at a FRH property or HCV client experiencing hardship during this time for any of the reasons below, rental assistance may be available for you*:
1. Loss of job or a reduction of hours related to COVID-19
2. Medical bills due to COVID-19
*These options are open to those that have lost their source of income due to COVID-19 and have applied for unemployment benefits to ensure we are helping those most in need.
Please contact Arrah Gallaher at [email protected] or 720.854.4104 if one of the above situations apply to you. You will need to apply for rental assistance with the state of Colorado by clicking here. Please provide your manager with confirmation of your submission and let us know if we can be of any assistance.
